A Day at Port Willunga
On Easter Monday Rowan came with us for a day at the beach. We went to one of our favourite places, Port Willunga. It was a cool sunny day, a welcome relief after the heatwave. The boys hadn't spent much time at the beach before. William enjoyed making sandcastles with Uncle Rowan.
Both boys built up the courage to run down to the waters' edge with dad to fetch water in their bucket. We had a lovely day flying our kite, hunting for pebbles and shells and eating fantastic flathead and chips from The Star of Greece cafe up on the bluff.
