Rundle Mall

Over the last few weeks we have been spending Sunday afternoons individually with the boys. It has been a really lovely experience to spend some one on one time with the boys. With twins there is so often the angst that one can never attend to both of the boys' needs at once. One is always having to wait. On Sunday I took William into the city while Oliver spent time with his dad.

William was very pleased to drink a Cibo's babycino. He felt so grown up. He was fascinated by the fountain in the centre of Rundle Mall.

He was also interested in his reflection in the large metal balls in the mall.

We spent quite a long time in the Australian Geographic shop. It is a treasure trove of interesting science oriented toys and games. William spied some didgeridoos and wanted me to play one. When I blew a few notes he almost collapsed in surprise and ran out of the shop.

All was forgotten however when we visited Toyworld. William made it very clear that he was interested in the Thomas the Tank Engine toys.
